"We chose Avon as the site for the nation's first new Cosi design because, like Cosi, it has simply good taste," said Kevin Armstrong, Cosi's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Avon is just the kind of community that we see in our future - young and vibrant, with a population that is looking for experiences that fit the Cosi brand elements of quality, convenience, innovation and sophistication."

Cosi is the premium, convenience restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, dinner and dessert menus full of creative, fresh, flavorful foods and beverages, as well as wines and beers. Cosi has developed featured foods that are built around a secret, generations-old recipe for crackly crust flatbread. This artisan bread is freshly baked in front of guests throughout the day in open flame stone hearth ovens prominently located in each of the restaurants.

The new Cosi of Avon, located at 385 West Main Street in Avon, features many innovations designed to make the Cosi experience more convenient, enjoyable, and distinctive. The new dining room set-up includes comfortable and intimate seating separate from the ordering area, making the dining experience more relaxed, intimate and cozier, while maintaining Cosi's urbane feel. With new signage inside, guests will find it easier to read the Cosi menu. Other changes will enable guests to complete the ordering and payment processes faster.

"Our new restaurant design will make ordering faster and more intuitive, and will enrich guests' dining experience," Mr. Armstrong continued. "The end result is an atmosphere and service environment worthy of the quality and taste our guests have come to expect from the Cosi experience."
