Champps Entertainment, Inc. Opens Its 47th Champps Restaurant & Bar in Fairfax, Va.
Champps Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq:CMPP), owner and operator of Champps restaurants nationwide, today announced the opening of its 47th company-owned location, its fourth in Virginia.
The new 8,450 square foot Champps Restaurant & Bar is located in Fair Oaks Mall. The restaurant, which seats 291 guests, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
"Fairfax is a great market for the Champps concept. We are excited to open in this thriving community," said Richie Prisco, general manager. "We have three other restaurants in Virginia located in Arlington, Reston and Richmond."
"Our unique restaurant features amazing audio/visual capabilities with 10 plasma televisions and two floor-to-ceiling video walls. Guests can enjoy made-from-scratch food, large portions and great service in an exciting, upscale environment," said Prisco. "We will also feature karaoke every Wednesday night after 9:00 p.m.," added Prisco.
Littleton, Colo.-based Champps Entertainment, Inc. currently owns and operates 47 and franchises 12 Champps restaurants in 19 states. Champps, which competes in the upscale casual dining segment, offers an extensive menu consisting of freshly prepared food, coupled with exceptional service.
