Chef Waldy Malouf Designs Chef Jackets with Crooked Brook for His Newest New York City Restaurant 'High Heat'

Chef Waldy Malouf teams up with Crooked Brook makers of the World's Highest Quality Chef Jackets™” to design and produce custom jackets for his newest restaurant called “High Heat”. Malouf, a 1975 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the Co-Owner/Chef of Beacon, has over 30 years experience in developing and managing successful food and beverage operations.

Crooked Brook, makers of "The World's Highest Quality Chef Jackets™" was contacted by Chef Waldy Malouf to design and produce custom chef jackets for his newest New York City restaurant called “High Heat”.

Malouf and his managers will be wearing Crooked Brook chef coat style M100, in khaki, certified 100% organic cotton twill fabric with a left shoulder sleeve tailored welt pocket and natural Abalone shell buttons.

The High Heat logo will be embroidered on the left chest of the chef jackets.

Waldy Malouf is the Co-Owner/Chef of Beacon and is opening a restaurant called High Heat on Bleecker St. in New York City. High Heat is the first restaurant opened of a three restaurant concept offering pizza, burgers and wine and beer on tap.
