Zaxby's Opens First Location in Las Vegas, Nevada

• Zaxby's opens its first-ever Las Vegas, Nevada restaurant at 5290 Blue Diamond Rd.

Zaxby's set its sights on Las Vegas, Nevada, opening its first restaurant in the city as part of its national expansion plans. This new Zaxby's outlet, situated at 5290 Blue Diamond Rd., will open its doors for dine-in and drive-thru service starting on April 14, 2025.

The restaurant, owned and managed by Royce Chow and Jie Zhou of Zax Nevada LLC, will offer Zaxby's full menu, including its signature Chicken Fingerz and Zax Sauce. In celebration of this milestone, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on April 22, with remarks from Bernard Acoca, Zaxby's CEO, Mike Mettler, Chief Development Officer, and franchise owner Royce Chow.

Following the ceremony, guests can win Zaxby's merchandise and Coca-Cola prizes on the Zaxby's Prize Wheel. The first 150 guests will also receive an exclusive Deck of Deals with free offers for a year.

"This Las Vegas launch is just the start of Zaxby's expansion plans, as we aim to open our 1,000th store in 2025," stated Mettler. The company plans to enter new markets, including Arizona, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Maryland, and more.

With a footprint of 2,600 square feet, the new Zaxby's outlet will feature 50 seats for dine-in customers and a drive-thru for quick service. The Modern Farmhouse design will showcase Zaxby's signature colors, logos, and sauce medallions, complemented by vibrant elements and sauce-inspired art.
