Zaxby's Appoints Michael Dixon As Chief Financial Office
Zaxby's, the fast-food chain, has named Michael Dixon as its new Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant change in the company's financial leadership.
Zaxby's has appointed Michael Dixon as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 30.
Zaxby's has named Michael Dixon as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 30. Dixon will join the executive leadership team and report to Chief Executive Officer Bernard Acoca. He will oversee the finance function, including financial strategy, planning and analytics, accounting, and treasury, as Zaxbys continues its national expansion.
Dixon brings more than thirty years of financial leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, and entertainment sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GoTo Foods, where the brand portfolio's business nearly doubled. Dixon’s previous roles include developing a multi-brand infrastructure at Ignite Restaurant Group, building the corporate team leadership at Pinkberry, and serving for nearly a decade at Cheesecake Factory.
As Chief Financial Officer, Dixon will help guide Zaxby's through its ongoing nationwide expansion. The company surpassed 1,000 stores in 2025.
Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
