Wienerschnitzel to Open Eight New Locations in Spokane and Fort Worth

Wienerschnitzel has announced plans to expand its presence in the United States by opening eight new locations through two separate multi-unit development agreements. The agreements involve expanding in Spokane, Washington, and entering the Fort Worth, Texas market.

The Spokane expansion will be led by franchisee Paul Del Bufalo, who currently operates Wienerschnitzel locations in Boise, Idaho. Del Bufalo plans to open four new restaurants in the greater Spokane area, including Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This expansion follows his recent opening of a second location in Nampa, Idaho.

In Fort Worth, franchisee Evan Carbonell, who owns four Wienerschnitzel locations in El Paso, Texas, will open four additional units under his Met1Franks group. Carbonell's team is currently securing real estate for the first location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is also developing a new store in Phoenix, Arizona.

These developments are part of Wienerschnitzel's broader strategy to grow its footprint across the United States. The company recently signed a seven-unit deal to establish its first East Coast locations in Virginia. Additionally, Wienerschnitzel is pursuing non-traditional expansion by developing six locations inside Walmart stores and has signed a three-store deal in Southwest Washington, which includes a non-traditional location.

Wienerschnitzel currently operates 340 franchised locations across 13 states and has over 50 units in various stages of development nationwide.
