Wienerschnitzel Expands in Texas with Waco Restaurant

Wienerschnitzel is set to open a new restaurant in Waco, Texas, on November 15. The new establishment will be located at 305 S. Valley Mills Dr. This opening marks the brand's return to Waco since 2009 and represents its 48th location in Texas, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy in the state and nationwide.

The Waco restaurant will be operated by Brett Swartz, a Baylor University graduate and local entrepreneur with experience in the hospitality industry. Swartz has previously managed businesses in the area, including the Slow Rise Slice House.

The menu at the new Waco location will include items such as the Chili Cheese Dog, Junkyard Dog, and Chili Cheese Fries. Additionally, the restaurant will offer desserts from the Tastee Freez line, including dipped cones and floats. Seasonal limited-time offerings will also be available, such as Hostess Ding Dongs and Hostess Twinkies Shakes.

The Waco location will provide drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery services. Delivery services are scheduled to begin in January following the grand opening. Online orders can be placed through Wienerschnitzel's ordering platform.

This expansion is part of Wienerschnitzel's broader strategy to increase its presence in Texas and other regions across the United States.
