Wahlburgers to Open Additional Units at Airports, Retail Sites, and Big Cypress Lodge

Wahlburgers has announced several new openings and partnerships as part of its 2026 expansion strategy, including new units at airports, retail centers, and high-traffic locations across the United States.

As part of its growth plan, Wahlburgers has introduced an off-premise format in partnership with Adaptiv Provisions, operating trailers outside select The Home Depot locations. The first three trailers are open in Rockledge, Stuart, and Vero Beach, Florida. Additional locations are planned to open throughout 2026.

In airport development, Wahlburgers will open a new location in Concourse B at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) in February 2026. This unit will be operated in partnership with SSP America and will be Wahlburgers' fourth airport location. The brand currently operates two locations at Boston Logan International Airport and Toronto Pearson International Airport, as well as a unit at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, in partnership with Delaware North. Further airport expansion is included in the company’s long-term plans.

Wahlburgers will also add a location inside Big Cypress Lodge in Memphis. This site will be part of the company-owned portfolio and will be joined by new concepts, including The Lookout at the Pyramid, The Fishbowl, Mississippi Terrace, The Den Bar & Lounge, and banquet and in-room dining services.

The company is expanding through a partnership with Bass Pro Shops, with new locations scheduled to open in 2026 in Irvine, California, and Sayreville, New Jersey. These sites are located in destination-style retail centers.

Wahlburgers reports ongoing menu development and plans to add successful promotional items to its core menu. The company states that it will continue to focus on new menu offerings and limited-time items as part of its expansion strategy.

No additional details on unit counts or specific opening dates beyond those stated in the announcement were provided.
