Tripleseat has partnered with GoTab, a leading restaurant commerce platform, to deliver a new integration that will help integrate the event management process and automate previously manual and error-prone tasks.

Tripleseat allows restaurants to book events, manage details, and collect payments in one integrated event management offering. Through the integration, deposits made in Tripleseat will automatically flow into GoTab’s point-of-sale system as event day tabs. This enables a streamlined close-out process for both guests and operators.

GoTab further enhances events with customizable Event Cards utilizing QR codes or RFID technology. Event managers can tailor privileges for each event and attendee. Event Cards eliminate physical drink ticket hassles while ensuring taxes and gratuities are covered in advance.

By uniting GoTab and Tripleseat, event deposits are seamlessly retrieved and applied in GoTab for smooth day-of operations. Event sales reporting is consistent, deposits and payments are centralized, and insights are simplified for managers.
