Toastique to Launch First Long Island Location in Woodbury, NY This Winter

Toastique, a fast-casual restaurant specializing in gourmet toast, juice, and coffee, is set to open its first Long Island location in Woodbury, New York, this winter. The new establishment will be located at 8027 Jericho Turnpike, positioned between the Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course and Trail View State Park.

The Woodbury location will offer a menu featuring a variety of toast options, including Avocado Smash, Smoked Salmon, and PB Crunch, all of which can be customized to suit individual preferences. The menu will also include handcrafted smoothies in flavors such as Green Machine, Blue Mystique, and Superfruit, as well as smoothie bowls and cold-pressed juices available both bottled and fresh-poured. A grab-and-go menu will be available for customers seeking quick service.

Toastique was founded in 2018 and has expanded to over 50 locations across the United States. The Woodbury store will be the third in New York State. Local residents Chris and Andrea Pedersen, who have nearly two decades of combined experience in franchising, will manage the new location. The couple aims to integrate the restaurant into the community, leveraging its proximity to local recreational areas.

The Woodbury location will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The opening of this new site aligns with Toastique's broader strategy of expanding its presence across various states, including California, Colorado, Florida, and others.
