The Toasted Yolk Cafe is preparing to open its 25th location in Lumberton, Texas, on October 21, 2024. The cafe, known for its unique breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, also features a full bar with morning cocktails.
Bret Baumgartner, a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, will own and operate the Lumberton branch. This will be Baumgartner's second Toasted Yolk Cafe. He expressed his commitment to offering consistent, high-quality service and food to the Lumberton community.
Before its official opening, the cafe will host two preview events on October 18 and 19, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. During these events, guests can support the local Rotary Club of Hardin County by donating instead of paying for their meals. All proceeds will go to the club, which promotes service, integrity, and global understanding among business, professional, and community leaders.
Menu highlights at the Toasted Yolk Cafe include dishes like the Cowboy Scramble, the Yolkwich, and the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. The restaurant also offers a variety of brunch cocktails, such as the Rise 'N' Shine Punch, Bloody Maria, and Jackie's Morning Rita. The new location will be at 900 S Main St, Ste 951, Lumberton, TX 77657, and it will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting October 21, 2024.
Established in 2010 in Houston, Texas, by Chris Milton and Mathew DeMott, The Toasted Yolk Cafe currently operates 41 locations across the South, with over 14 more branches in development across Texas, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Arizona.
