The Toasted Yolk Cafe to Open New Location in Birmingham, Alabama

The Toasted Yolk Cafe is set to open a new location in Birmingham, Alabama, on July 14, 2025. This will be the third location for the cafe in the state. The new restaurant will be situated at 231 20th Street S., Birmingham, AL 35233, and will operate daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Colette and Charles Lewis of Belle Hospitality will manage the Birmingham location. The cafe will offer a menu featuring breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, including dishes such as the Cowboy Scramble and the Yolkwich, as well as a selection of brunch cocktails.

Ahead of the official opening, the cafe will host two VIP soft opening events on July 11 and July 12, 2025. These events will take place from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and will support Girls Inc. of Central Alabama, with all proceeds from the events donated to the organization. Guests attending these events will receive a complimentary meal and are encouraged to make donations to the charity.

The Toasted Yolk Cafe currently operates 46 locations across the southern United States, with additional units in development in Texas, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Arizona.
