The Granola Bar to Open Flagship and Takeaway Locations in Midtown Manhattan

The Granola Bar has announced plans to open two new locations in Midtown Manhattan, with both venues set to begin operations in Winter 2026. The flagship restaurant will be located at 330 Madison Avenue, adjacent to Grand Central, while a separate grab-and-go concept, The Granola Bar Takeaway, will open around the corner at 10 E. 43rd St.

The Madison Avenue flagship will occupy a 2,500-square-foot space with seating for 100 guests. The restaurant will offer all-day dining, with menu items available from breakfast through dinner. The location will also feature a private dining area seating 20 to 40 guests and a bar area seating 18. Hours of operation will be Monday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Granola Bar Takeaway will be a 1,000-square-foot venue designed for customers seeking quick service. The location will offer a customizable toast-and-parfait bar, hot grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads, coffee, and the company’s line of packaged products, including house-made granola and granola bars. The takeaway location will operate Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Both locations are part of The Granola Bar’s expansion into New York City, adding to its existing presence in the New York tri-state area. The company currently operates eight locations across Connecticut, Westchester, and Long Island.

The new openings are positioned near Grand Central Terminal, an area with significant commuter and office worker traffic. The flagship restaurant and takeaway concept is intended to serve a range of customers, from those seeking a sit-down meal to those seeking quick service.

No additional details regarding the exact opening dates or further expansion plans were provided.
