Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has announced a new location to be opened in Edina, Minnesota, in the fall of 2025. The new location will strengthen the brand's presence in the state.
The new café will be located at the Galleria, an upscale shopping center at 69th Street & France Avenue. The opening is backed by Tenacity Restaurant Group, led by CEO Dustin Wetzel, CFO Pete Thelen, and Dan Vansteenburg. The group, with over twenty years of restaurant experience, has already opened two Sweet Paris locations in Minnesota as part of a four-unit agreement.
"Bringing Sweet Paris to the Galleria allows us to reach more members of the Twin Cities community," said Dustin Wetzel, Co-Owner of Tenacity Restaurant Group. He added that the Galleria is a perfect place for the new Sweet Paris location, in the heart of Edina, just outside of Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café continues to grow nationwide, with 20 stores in Texas, Florida, Minnesota, Arizona, and Mexico. "Expanding our Minnesota presence is an exciting element of our overall growth strategy," said Allison Chavez, co-founder of Sweet Paris.
