Stephen Kennedy has been named the new Executive Vice President of Marketing at Noodles & Company, with his position commencing on November 18, 2024. Kennedy will be guiding the company's brand strategy and customer growth initiatives.

Kennedy brings over two decades of experience transforming marketing strategies and promoting growth for renowned brands. Before this appointment, Kennedy served as Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Bounteous, executing digital strategies that improved brand experiences.

While at Nestle USA, Kennedy led the Marketing Enablement and Consumer Experience teams. His data-driven strategies and digital-first marketing approach significantly boosted media ROI, social engagement, and e-commerce sales.

Kennedy also held multiple leadership roles at Domino's, where he played a key role in the company's record sales growth. His notable accomplishments include successful product launches and promotions and the inception and management of the award-winning Piece of the Pie Rewards program. Before starting at Domino's, Kennedy worked in brand strategy and insights at General Motors and began his marketing career at Borders Group Inc.

Kennedy's successful marketing strategies have earned him recognition from several organizations, including Loyalty 360, The ARF David Ogilvy Awards, The Effie Awards, The American Advertising Federation, The In-House Agency Forum, Communication Arts, and Restaurant Business Tech Accelerator.
