Sonny's BBQ Expands Leadership Team with New Executive Appointments
Sonny's BBQ has appointed Matt Zeiger as Chief Financial & Development Officer, alongside other key hires, to enhance its leadership team and support its growth strategy.
Sonny's BBQ has announced the appointment of Matt Zeiger as Chief Financial & Development Officer as part of its strategy to strengthen its leadership team. Zeiger will oversee finance and development, contributing to the company's growth plans. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Yum! Brands, where he served as CFO of Pizza Hut Korea, and at Quality Restaurant Group, where he held the positions of CEO and CFO.
In addition to Zeiger, Sonny's BBQ has also appointed Debbie Pirone as Director of Training & Operations Support and Eric High as Director of Franchise Relations. Pirone brings over 25 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, including a significant tenure at Domino's Pizza. Her role at Sonny's will focus on enhancing employee performance and implementing training programs.
Eric High, with more than two decades of experience in franchise operations, will work to align growth initiatives and enhance franchisee satisfaction. Before joining Sonny's BBQ, High was Director of Franchise Operations at Inspire Brands, overseeing operations for over 650 Dunkin' locations in the South Central U.S.
