Riko's Pizza to Open New Location in Carolina Beach, North Carolina

Riko's Pizza has announced plans to open a new full-service restaurant and bar in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. The establishment, located at 1000 N Lake Park Blvd in the Proximity Complex, is in the final stages of construction and is expected to open this fall.

The new restaurant will occupy a 5,000-square-foot space, featuring both indoor and outdoor dining areas. It will offer Riko's menu, which includes signature and customizable bar pies, oven-roasted wings, made-to-order salads, shareable dishes, and desserts. The venue will also house a 35-foot-long bar with 30 stools, offering 12 beers on tap, craft cocktails, and a selection of wines.

The Carolina Beach location will include a dedicated area for takeout and delivery services, designed to streamline the pickup process. The restaurant is strategically positioned to serve both residents and visitors, given its proximity to the beach and various business and residential areas.

Riko's Pizza views the Carolinas as a key growth market and considers Carolina Beach an ideal starting point for expansion in the region. The company aims to leverage the area's demographics and location to establish a successful presence in North Carolina.

The new location will be operated by franchisee John Greco, who joins the Riko's Pizza network with this opening. The company has expressed confidence in the potential success of this new venture, citing the combination of its menu offerings, service standards, and the strategic location as factors contributing to its anticipated success.

Riko's Pizza currently operates multiple locations across Connecticut, Florida, and New York, with plans for further expansion along the East Coast.
