Pickleman's Gourmet Café will open its first location in Arizona at Arrowhead Towne Center, Glendale, marking the company's 36th location nationwide. The new café will be situated at 7700 W. Arrowhead Towne Center Drive, Suite 2202, and is notable for being the first Pickleman's location inside a shopping center.
The Glendale store is the first of five planned locations in Arizona under franchisees Matt Frick and Joey Liekweg. The opening is scheduled for late fall or early winter of 2025. This expansion into Arizona also represents Pickleman's entry into its seventh state, as the company continues its national growth strategy.
The Arrowhead Towne Center will offer a menu featuring thin crust pizza, salads, soups, and macaroni bowls. The Glendale store is part of a broader plan to open 8 to 10 more stores nationwide in the next year.
The company is also preparing to launch a private-label chip line, starting with a pickle flavor.
