Billy's Downtown Diner, a popular restaurant concept based in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania, has announced plans to expand nationally. The diner, known for its unique dining experience, has revealed a strategic partnership with Franchise Well, a top franchise consulting firm, to support this expansion.
The diner, which has been a local and tourist favorite since its establishment in 2000, has cultivated a loyal customer base and has earned a reputation for its innovative dishes. The decision to franchise is a significant development in the restaurant’s journey.
The partnership with Franchise Well aims to develop the brand further by implementing a strategic franchise plan to expand Billy's Downtown Diner across the country. The consulting firm, led by industry veteran Dr. Ben Litalien, CFE, will lend its expertise to the diner's franchise efforts.
As the concept's Chief Development Officer, Litalien has set plans to grow Billy's Downtown Diner nationally through Regional Developers. These developers will open and operate a Billy's Downtown Diner in their designated territory of one million or more people, recruit franchisees to meet their development schedules, and provide onsite and ongoing support for all the franchises in their territory.
Aside from its flagship location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, the brand has successfully opened a second location in Easton, Pennsylvania. The diner offers an extensive menu, a robust operating system, a mobile-enabled proprietary reporting and management platform, an intensive training system, and a turnkey marketing program for grand opening and restaurant development.
