Papa Johns to Roll Out Deliverect Delivery Management Platform Nationwide

Papa Johns announced a partnership with Deliverect to deploy its Smart Dispatch & Delivery Management platform across all Papa Johns restaurants in the U.S. by the end of 2027.

Papa Johns has partnered with Deliverect to implement the Deliverect Smart Dispatch & Delivery Management platform in all of its U.S. restaurants, with the rollout expected to be completed by the end of 2027. This initiative is part of Papa Johns’ multi-year effort to modernize its fulfillment technology stack.

The Deliverect platform unifies delivery operations by enabling execution of all orders—whether fulfilled by in-house drivers or third-party service partners—through a single system. The platform connects ordering channels, point-of-sale, and delivery workflows into a unified operational hub, providing visibility across the order-to-delivery lifecycle.

Deliverect’s technology supports intelligent routing of orders from all first-party channels to the most appropriate delivery fleet. Orders may be dispatched automatically or manually to in-house drivers, third-party fleets, or both, depending on the restaurant's setup and real-time conditions. The platform uses machine learning and business configurability to eliminate unnecessary manual handoffs and provides live visibility into driver assignments, estimated arrival times, and delivery performance metrics.

Integrated with digital, in-store, and driver systems, Deliverect is a core component of Papa Johns’ delivery technology stack. The platform is designed to improve operational agility and support data-driven decision-making. Papa Johns team members will use the Deliverect platform as a central hub for delivery control within restaurants, with an interface to view delivery order statuses, assign or batch deliveries, and view live driver locations.

The phased implementation of the Deliverect platform is scheduled to be completed across all participating U.S. locations by the end of 2027.
