Nusr-Et Steakhouse Announces New Locations in Europe and Latin America
Nusr-Et Steakhouse is set to open new restaurants in Cappadocia, Milan, and Mexico City, while closing its Beverly Hills location.

Nusr-Et Steakhouse has revealed plans for expanding its international presence with upcoming restaurant openings in Cappadocia, Milan, and Mexico City. These new locations are part of the brand's strategic growth initiative, targeting high-demand markets and aligning with regional dining trends.
The new restaurant in Cappadocia is scheduled to open in June 2025. The Milan location is expected to commence operations between the third and fourth quarters of 2025. The Mexico City restaurant, located within the St. Regis hotel, is projected to open between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. Additional openings are planned for Rome and Ibiza in 2026.
This expansion comes alongside the closure of the Beverly Hills restaurant this spring, marking a shift in the company's focus towards enhancing its international market presence. The closure is part of a broader strategy to realign investment priorities across its global operations. Despite the closure in Beverly Hills, Nusr-Et will maintain its operations in other U.S. locations, including Miami and New York.
The decision to open new outlets in Cappadocia, Milan, and Mexico City is influenced by these cities' unique culinary identities and dynamic dining scenes. Each location is chosen to complement the brand's existing portfolio and cater to both local and international patrons.
The expansion strategy follows the recent opening of a new outlet in Istanbul's Aqua Florya in March 2025, which marks the continuation of the brand's development in strategically selected markets. This approach reflects Nusr-Et's commitment to adapting its restaurant footprint in response to evolving guest preferences and travel patterns.
