Noble 33 Appoints Lee Bennett As Vice President of Culinary
Noble 33 has appointed Chef Lee Bennett as Vice President of Culinary for its global restaurant portfolio.
Noble 33 has named Chef Lee Bennett as Vice President of Culinary, overseeing menu strategy and operations for its international portfolio, including Toca Madera, Mĕdüzā Mediterrania, Casa Madera, Sparrow Italia, 1587 Prime, and additional concepts scheduled to debut in 2027 and beyond.
Bennett will lead menu innovation, elevate culinary standards, and develop new dishes and dining experiences across all Noble 33 concepts. With more than ten new restaurants planned across nine markets, he will oversee the culinary aspects of these expansions.
Bennett began his career in Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe under chefs Gordon Ramsay, Pierre Gagnaire, and Alain Ducasse. As Head Chef at Ramsay’s Savoy Grill in the United Kingdom, he was named “Restaurant Chef of the Year” by the Craft Guild of Chefs and maintained the restaurant’s Michelin star. He later served as Executive Chef at Le Pont de la Tour in London and appeared on BBC’s The Great British Menu, MasterChef UK, and Celebrity MasterChef UK.
He has also worked as Global Director of Culinary at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, managing kitchen standards and development for the brand’s international portfolio, and has designed and executed luxury dining experiences for international Formula 1 events.
Bennett’s additional roles include Director of Culinary at Caesars Entertainment and Property Executive Chef at MGM Resorts International, where he led food strategy and operations across multiple venues at a luxury resort.
Noble 33 currently operates restaurants in Houston, Kansas City, Las Vegas, London, West Hollywood, Miami, New York, Scottsdale, and Toronto, with plans to open new concepts in Beverly Hills, Nashville, Dallas, Austin, and Chicago in the coming years.
