Red Lobster has named Nichole Robillard its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Robillard will lead the company's marketing, communications, and culinary teams, reporting directly to CEO Damola Adamolekun. Her role will be crucial in driving the brand's future direction across Red Lobster's 545 United States and Canada restaurants.
CEO Adamolekun expressed confidence in Robillard's abilities, stating her unique blend of creative vision and operational expertise will help the company reconnect with its longtime guests and reach new audiences.
Robillard brings over 20 years of experience to her new role, having previously worked with multi-unit restaurants, retailers, and global food and beverage brands. She recently led a rebranding and transformation initiative for Smokey Bones, demonstrating her talent for storytelling and creative thinking.
In her early career, Robillard opened a farm-to-table restaurant in Washington, D.C., highlighting her hands-on approach to the industry. She holds a B.A. in English and Communication Arts from Villanova University and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Women in Restaurant Leadership (WiRL), advocating for the advancement and empowerment of female leaders.
