New 'Wolf By Vanderpump' Restaurant Set for Scottsdale Opening Late 2025

Lisa Vanderpump, in collaboration with HCW, will open a new 'Wolf by Vanderpump' restaurant at Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton hotel. This marks the second location for the restaurant brand, following its initial launch in April 2024 at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. The Scottsdale restaurant will be situated on the 7th floor of the hotel, occupying a 6,500-square-foot space.

Construction for the new restaurant is scheduled to begin on July 7, 2025, with an anticipated opening in Winter 2025. The establishment aims to become a significant addition to Scottsdale's dining and social scene, offering views of Camelback Mountain.

The restaurant will feature a central bar and a menu with globally inspired dishes and creative cocktails. The design will incorporate elements from Vanderpump Alain, a design company co-founded by Lisa Vanderpump and designer Nick Alain. The menu will feature dishes inspired by the Lake Tahoe location, as well as new items exclusive to Scottsdale, utilizing local and seasonal ingredients.

Caesars Republic Scottsdale, where the restaurant will be located, opened in March 2024. It is a non-gaming hotel by Caesars Entertainment, offering various amenities including a rooftop pool and lounge. HCW Hospitality operates the hotel.
