New Leadership Roles at Domino's: Company Announces Executive Promotions
Domino's Pizza Inc., the world's largest pizza company, has announced the promotion of three executives into new roles as part of its strategic growth plans.
Domino's Pizza Inc., a leading player in the global pizza market, recently announced the promotion of three senior executives. The company's strategic decision to elevate Joseph Jordan, Weiking Ng, and Ryan Mulally into new roles is seen as a pivotal move toward ensuring the efficient management of its diverse operations.
Joseph Jordan, previously the president of U.S. and Global Services at Domino's since May 2022, has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer and President – Domino's U.S. He will now be responsible for supervising domestic operations and marketing while expanding his oversight of global services to include Domino's technology. Jordan's impressive career trajectory includes roles at Pepsi-Cola North America, Philips Electronics, and Unilever before joining Domino's. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Boston Beer Company Inc.
Russell Weiner, Domino's CEO, views Jordan's promotion as an important shift in the company's organizational structure. He believes this move will enhance the alignment of teams driving the business globally, resulting in increased agility, thus enabling more effective execution of the company's strategic approach.
Weiking Ng, who previously served as Domino's Vice President – International for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, is being promoted to the position of Executive Vice President – International, effective April 1. In this new capacity, Ng will oversee the Domino's business and franchise relationships across more than 90 countries. Before joining Domino's in 2020, Ng held leadership roles at Hilton and McDonald's and worked as a management consultant for Boston Consulting Group and Accenture.
Ryan Mulally will assume the role of Executive Vice President—General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective March 15. With extensive legal experience that includes leading Domino's litigation team and handling franchise and corporate standards, Mulally is expected to strengthen the company's legal framework. He joined Domino's in 2008, before which he was a partner with Dickinson Wright in Detroit, Michigan.
