New Hawaiian Bros Restaurant Debuts in Manhattan, Kansas

Hawaiian Bros is set to open its first franchise location in Manhattan, Kansas. The new location is the third restaurant launched by franchisee Ohana Restaurant Group, following the recent agreement with Hawaiian Bros.

The restaurant will hold a grand opening event at its new location on December 9 at 11 a.m. The first 100 customers will receive a free t-shirt and a Hawaiian Bros gift card worth between $25 and $500. One winner will also receive free meals at Hawaiian Bros for a year. Following the grand opening, the restaurant will open daily from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.

In addition, a VIP event will be held on December 7, where first responders, medical personnel, academic staff, students, and local business employees will receive a free classic Plate Lunch.

Zach Fugate, Owner of Ohana Restaurant Group, expressed his excitement about the opening of their second Kansas location and hinted at plans for further expansion in the state.

The new location will introduce two new menu items - the Keiki Meal and a range of wraps. The Keiki Meal is a children's meal featuring a kid's portion of Huli Huli Chicken, rice, pineapple, a mini Dole Soft Serve, and a sticker. The wraps will include Pacific Island, Huli Huli, and Molokai Mac options.

Hawaiian Bros is recognized for its Plate Lunch, a meal consisting of chicken or pork glazed with a variety of sauces, macaroni salad, steamed rice or vegetables, and a tropical Dole Soft Serve for dessert. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh ingredients and avoiding freezers, fryers, or microwaves in their cooking process.
