New Chicken Salad Chick Restaurant Set to Launch in Mansfield, Texas

Chicken Salad Chick is preparing to open its first location in Mansfield, Texas, on October 14. The restaurant will be situated at 2421 E Broad St., Suite #101. This opening marks the 42nd location for the brand in the state of Texas.

The Mansfield restaurant is owned by Troy Morrison, who operates under the franchise group Meauxmentum Strategies and Investments. Morrison is a significant franchise owner within the Chicken Salad Chick system, managing over 100 Taco Bell and Wingstop locations nationwide, as well as 21 Chicken Salad Chick restaurants across Indiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The opening event will feature a promotion where the first 100 guests in line will receive a year's supply of free chicken salad. Additional promotions will run throughout the week, offering various incentives to early customers.

Morrison has been expanding his operations, having acquired development rights in Austin, Texas, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Recently, he opened a new Chicken Salad Chick location in Austin on August 26. Plans are underway to open two more locations in the greater Oklahoma City area and a new restaurant in Wichita, Kansas, by the end of the year.

The Mansfield location will offer a menu that includes a variety of chicken salad flavors, side salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The restaurant will provide options for in-restaurant dining, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering.

Chicken Salad Chick of Mansfield will operate Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
