LPM Restaurant & Bar Targets Expansion in Boston and New York

LPM Restaurant & Bar, a French Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, plans to open new locations in Boston and New York. This expansion is part of the company's broader strategy to increase its presence in the United States.

With ten international locations, including London, Dubai, Mykonos, and Hong Kong, LPM debuted in Miami in the United States in 2017, followed by an expansion to Las Vegas. The company plans to open five more locations nationwide over the next five years.

LPM CEO Nicolas Budzynski expressed his excitement about the expansion in the US market. He highlighted that the company's first US location in Miami enabled them to introduce their French Riviera-inspired vision and create a unique dining experience for guests. The company is taking a cautious approach to its expansion, ensuring the quality of its food and cocktails before launching in new locations.

LPM Restaurant & Bar is known for its commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence. Its Dubai location was recognized as one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and one of the World's 50 Best Bars in 2024. The restaurant's menus include original dishes like the Tomatini, which was developed by the restaurant in 2010.

The restaurant was first established in London in 2007. Its French Riviera-inspired venues are celebrated for their imaginative menus, friendly service, open dining rooms, and striking art.
