Little Caesars has introduced a new pizza-ordering capability via ChatGPT, enabling customers to place orders through conversational artificial intelligence. The feature is available nationally across all Little Caesars markets in the United States and in many restaurants in Mexico and Canada.

The app allows customers to interact with ChatGPT to plan meals, receive personalized recommendations, and customize orders of any size. The system is designed to understand customer preferences, the number of people being served, dietary needs, budget constraints, and delivery preferences to generate meal suggestions. Orders can be completed through the Little Caesars app or LittleCaesars.com.

The ChatGPT app connects to the existing Little Caesars mobile app infrastructure and uses deep linking to facilitate order handoffs for checkout and in-store pickup. The backend system provides ChatGPT with real-time access to menu, pricing, and store locator data while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Customers can access the ordering feature by opening ChatGPT, visiting the app directory, searching for "Little Caesars," and connecting their account. The process involves starting a conversation, describing the desired order, and completing the transaction through the integrated platform.

Little Caesars stated that this development demonstrates the integration of enterprise restaurant systems with large language models and represents an initial step in the application of artificial intelligence within the restaurant sector.
