Joe Guith Takes Helm As New CEO of CKE Restaurants
CKE Restaurants has appointed Joe Guith, a seasoned industry leader with extensive franchising and brand expansion experience, as its new chief executive officer.

CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., the parent corporation of popular fast-food chains Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, has appointed Joe Guith as its new CEO. This appointment is effective immediately.
Guith comes to CKE Restaurants with a robust portfolio of experience in franchising, restaurant management, and expanding consumer brand reach. His previous tenure as CEO of Church's Texas Chicken saw substantial brand repositioning and strengthening franchisee relations. Under Guith's leadership, Church's Texas Chicken experienced substantial improvements in unit-level profitability and record sales, which contributed to the brand's expansion to over 1,500 locations across 23 countries.
Besides Church's Texas Chicken, Guith held significant leadership positions at GoTo Foods (formerly Focus Brands), McAlister's Deli, Cinnabon, and The Coca Cola Company.
On his appointment, Guith expressed his excitement about joining CKE Restaurants. He stated, "I am honored to join such a respected and iconic company.
