Jim Mazany Appointed CEO of P.F. Chang's
P.F. Chang's has appointed Jim Mazany as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, to lead the company's growth and expansion efforts.
P.F. Chang's has named Jim Mazany as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Brad Hill. Mazany, who previously held leadership roles at Rosa Mexicano, Yardbird, and Shell Shack, will focus on driving growth and innovation at P.F. Chang's. His appointment is effective immediately.
Mazany's career includes experience in scaling restaurant brands and enhancing operational performance. At SPB Hospitality, he managed over 300 locations across 39 states, overseeing brands such as J. Alexander's and Logan's Roadhouse. His leadership at Joe's Crab Shack resulted in seven consecutive years of same-store sales improvement.
In his new role, Mazany will aim to increase same-store sales growth by enhancing in-restaurant experiences and boosting customer traffic. He will also oversee the expansion of new restaurant locations both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Mazany plans to expand P.F. Chang's consumer packaged goods initiatives and refine its fast-casual concept to appeal to a broader customer base.
The company has expressed its gratitude to outgoing CEO Brad Hill for his contributions since joining the company in 2017. Hill held various executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and played a role in strengthening the company's financial position and guiding its global expansion strategy.
P.F. Chang's, with over 300 restaurants in 22 countries, continues to focus on modern Asian dining and aims to enhance its brand relevance and accessibility under Mazany's leadership.
