Culinary Careers Program has announced two leadership appointments, naming Christina Grdovic as Executive Director and Jennifer Solomon as Chief Business Officer. The appointments are effective immediately.

In her new role, Grdovic will focus on the organization's national growth and program development.

Jennifer Solomon, in her capacity as Chief Business Officer, will oversee business development, finance, human resources, and operations. Her responsibilities include managing organizational efficiency and supporting the implementation of the organization's initiatives.

Prior to joining Culinary Careers Program, Grdovic held leadership positions in the food and hospitality sector, including roles in partnerships, content, and business development. Her previous experience includes roles at Wonder, Food & Wine, and Goldbelly, as well as advisory roles for start-ups.

The Culinary Careers Program provides culinary arts education, job skills training, apprenticeships, scholarships, and career opportunities. The organization reports serving approximately 400,000 students in the United States and awarding $76 million in college scholarships to date.
