Humera Kassem Joins Red Robin As Chief People Officer

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. announced the appointment of Humera Kassem as Chief People Officer, effective September 15. In her new role, Kassem will oversee the organizational strategy and vision for the company, focusing on strengthening its culture and advancing its First Choice Plan.

Kassem brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Her previous role was Chief People Officer at Dave & Buster's. She has also held senior human resource positions at companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, JCPenney, and Jamba Juice. Kassem holds a Master of Organization Management degree from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Southern California.

The appointment is part of Red Robin's efforts to enhance its organizational culture and talent development. The company operates nearly 500 locations in the United States and Canada, including those under franchise agreements.
