H&H Bagels Expands to Palm Beach Gardens, FL

H&H Bagels has opened at Avenir Town Center, a nearly 200,000-square-foot retail and lifestyle destination in Palm Beach Gardens. The location is at 12465 Northlake Blvd.

The opening follows Publix's May debut at the Town Center and the subsequent opening of Walgreens. Carmela Coffee is scheduled to hold a soft opening Friday, Aug. 21.

The Palm Beach Gardens restaurant adds to H&H Bagels locations in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. Its menu includes bagels, flavored cream cheeses, bacon, egg-and-cheese sandwiches, Nova salmon with traditional toppings, specialty lunch sandwiches and catering boxes.

H&H Bagels was founded on Manhattan’s Upper West Side in 1972. Its dough is proofed and kettle-boiled in New York City water, then shipped to locations and baked on-site throughout the day. H&H Bagels has appeared in “Seinfeld” and “Sex and the City.”

Avenir Town Center is approved for 200,000 square feet of retail and commercial space and 1.8 million square feet of Class A office space. The Town Center includes dedicated golf cart connections to Avenir residential neighborhoods.

Other announced Town Center tenants include Field of Greens, Venetian Nail Spa, Sloan’s Ice Cream, Smoke & Maple Gastropub, Seppe Pizza Bar, Tenka Sushi and C.R. Chicks. Additional tenants are planned in retail, wellness and professional services.

Health Park at Avenir broke ground in June. Plans for the project include a neighborhood hospital, emergency services, inpatient beds and medical office space.

Avenir is a 4,752-acre community in Palm Beach Gardens. Plans for the community include more than 4,000 homes, two clubhouses, a future working farm, golf cart paths, dog parks, more than 300 acres of lakes and waterways, and a 2,400-acre nature preserve with walking trails.
