Gregorys Coffee has launched a franchise program, with its first Franchise Open House scheduled for February 17, 2026, in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
Gregorys Coffee has launched a franchise program after nearly 20 years of operating and expanding to more than 50 cafés across the United States. The initiative is supported by Craveworthy Brands, which provides a restaurant platform and franchise infrastructure.
The first Franchise Open House will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. ET at 2070 US-9, Old Bridge, New Jersey, in the Glenwood Green Shopping Center. The event is designed for qualified operators interested in franchise opportunities with Gregorys Coffee.
Since opening its first café in Manhattan in 2006, Gregorys Coffee has scaled its model and built a loyal customer base. The company roasts coffee at its New York City roastery and offers scratch-made pastries, seasonal items, and other menu offerings. The franchise program aims to attract qualified franchisees to expand Gregorys Coffee into new communities nationwide.

The specialty coffee market is projected to exceed $80 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research, with 46 percent of adults consuming a specialty beverage daily, based on data from the National Coffee Association.
