Grady Metoyer Appointed Interim CEO of Naf Naf Grill
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill CEO Greg Willman will retire, with CFO Grady Metoyer stepping in as interim CEO.
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill has announced that CEO Greg Willman will retire from his executive role. Willman, who joined the company in 2019 as its first franchisee, became CEO and Board Chair in 2020. During his tenure, the company achieved national recognition, including appearances on Fast Casual Magazine's "Movers and Shakers" list in 2021, 2024, and 2025, and a place on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.
Grady Metoyer, the current CFO, will assume the role of interim CEO. Metoyer has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including eight years as CFO of Naf Naf. His previous roles include Vice President of Finance for Sysco and Executive Vice President of SYGMA, a subsidiary of Sysco. Metoyer will work with Willman over the next two months to ensure a smooth transition.
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, headquartered in Chicago, operates 39 locations across the United States.
