Ginni Naegle Named Director of Franchise Operations at Angry Crab Shack

Angry Crab Shack has appointed Ginni Naegle as Director of Franchise Operations. Naegle brings more than 30 years of experience in restaurant and franchise operations to the role and most recently served as Director of Operations at RMH Franchise Corporation.

In her new position, Naegle will work with Angry Crab Shack franchise partners and restaurant teams to strengthen operational systems, improve training resources, and drive greater consistency across the restaurant network. She will focus on translating brand standards into practical support for operators.

Naegle began her food service career in the 1990s at Bobby McGee's, progressing from a bar position to roles in restaurant training and operations. She spent 25 years with Applebee's, where she developed experience in team development, operational execution, and brand standards.
