Frutta Bowls to Open Four Locations in Memphis Area
Frutta Bowls will expand into the Memphis market with a four-unit franchise agreement involving local business owners.
WOWorks has announced a franchise agreement to open four Frutta Bowls locations in the Memphis area. The agreement involves franchisees Akash Chaudhari, Sanjay Chaudhari, and Brijesh Patel, who have experience in hospitality, food service, and retail. Their business portfolio includes Super 8 motels, liquor stores, and Subway locations in Tennessee, Missouri, and Wyoming.
The first Frutta Bowls location is expected to open in either Germantown or Cordova, with additional locations planned throughout Memphis and into northern Mississippi, including Olive Branch and Southaven. The franchisees are also considering co-branding some sites with another WOWorks brand, Saladworks.
Frutta Bowls offers a menu featuring acai bowls and smoothies with ingredients such as acai, pitaya, kale, and various grains, fruits, vegetables, and nuts. The brand currently operates over 40 locations across 16 states.
