The core of Everbowl's menu is açaí, a superfood sourced directly from Brazil, along with other superfoods designed to support active lifestyles. Founder Jeff Fenster established the company's direct sourcing model after traveling to Brazil to learn from local harvesting communities. The company continues to support these communities by reinvesting in goods tied to the brand's signature ingredients.
Everbowl's product range has expanded to include the Sips beverage line and a new collection of warm Toast options. This expansion aligns with the company's mission to provide desirable, accessible, and value-driven food options to consumers nationwide.
The Lincoln store opening is part of a larger expansion initiative led by franchise partners nationwide. Notable partners include NFL Super Bowl champion and entrepreneur, Drew Brees. Through the EB Masters Group, Brees and Everbowl area representative Alex Yeater have opened over 30 locations across Southeast and Midwest states.
Since its founding in 2016, Everbowl has shown impressive growth, with projections to reach $50 million by the end of 2025. Over the past three years, Everbowl has served over five million customers and averaged 50,000 new customers monthly. The company's vertically integrated model, supported by sister construction and design company WeBuild, allows franchisees to scale efficiently while maintaining operational consistency and brand integrity.
