Eggs Up Grill, the breakfast restaurant franchise, has reported a successful first quarter in 2025 with significant expansion. The brand has opened five new restaurants in Athens, Alabama; Melbourne, Florida; McDonough, Georgia; Indian Trail, North Carolina; and Cleveland, Tennessee, bringing the total number of locations to 94.

In addition to the new openings, the brand has signed three new franchise agreements for six future commitments. Among these commitments is a multi-brand development deal that will introduce Eggs Up Grill to Pennsylvania for the first time. The agreement involves plans for at least four locations across the eastern part of the state over the next four years.

Multi-unit developers play a crucial role in the company's expansion, contributing operational expertise, brand passion, and a long-term investment mindset supporting consistent growth across various markets. Other deals in this quarter include a single-unit agreement in the James Island, SC market, a 3-unit development agreement for the Lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX areas, and a 2-unit development agreement for the Macon/Warner Robins, GA market. All initial locations under these agreements will open between late 2025 and early 2026.

Over the past year, Eggs Up Grill has opened 22 restaurants, outpacing competitors in the sector. The brand's growth is driven by experienced multi-unit operators who value its simplicity, hospitality, and strong unit economics.
