Domino's Pizza Inc. will appoint Joe Jordan, currently Chief Operating Officer and President – Domino's U.S., as Chief Executive Officer effective October 1, 2026. Jordan will also join the Board of Directors at that time. Russell Weiner, who has served as CEO since 2022, will continue in the role through September 30, 2026, before becoming Executive Chairman Designate. Following Domino's annual shareholder meeting in April 2027, Weiner will assume the role of Executive Chairman.

Weiner has been with Domino's since 2008. As CEO, he oversaw net store growth of more than 3,200 locations, an increase in global retail sales of nearly $3 billion, and a nearly 30% rise in operating income.

Jordan has held leadership roles at Domino's for nearly 15 years, including positions in marketing, U.S. and international operations, technology, and franchisee support. He led Domino's international business through a period of expansion, opening more than 3,000 stores worldwide, and recently oversaw the relaunch of the company's loyalty and e-commerce platforms and the launch of Domino's global digital marketplace partnerships.

David Brandon, Executive Chairman, will retire from the Board and not stand for reelection in 2027, concluding 28 years of service to the company. Brandon has served as Chairman of the Board since 1999, Executive Chairman since 2022, and was Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2010.

These leadership changes are part of Domino's multi-year succession planning process. Jordan's appointment as CEO and his addition to the Board will be effective October 1, 2026. Weiner will transition to Executive Chairman following the April 2027 annual shareholder meeting, and Brandon will retire from the Board at that time.
