Dickey's Barbecue Pit to Launch 28 Ghost Kitchens Across the U.S.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit has confirmed the launch of 28 ghost kitchens in the United States, scheduled for September 2025. This development marks a significant expansion for the company, which is enhancing its presence in both new and existing markets.

The ghost kitchens will operate as delivery-only facilities, catering to the increasing demand for convenience and digital ordering. This model allows Dickey's to expand its reach without the need for traditional brick-and-mortar locations.

The new ghost kitchens will be located in several states, including Texas, with sites in Wylie, Corsicana, McKinney, McQueeny, Irving, Dallas, Lewisville, and Ft. Worth. Additional locations include Tempe and Mesa in Arizona; Enterprise in Alabama; Jersey City and Whiting in New Jersey; Scarsdale in New York; Philadelphia, Broomall, and Pottstown in Pennsylvania; Covington, Lafayette, and Carencro in Louisiana; Oakwood Village in Ohio; Tulsa in Oklahoma; Aurora in Illinois; and Saint Augustine, Riverview, and Sanford in Florida.

This expansion is part of Dickey's strategy to meet consumer demand and adapt to modern dining trends. By leveraging the ghost kitchen model, the company aims to provide its barbecue offerings to a wider audience, particularly in areas where a traditional restaurant presence is not yet feasible.
