Craveworthy Brands Adds Gourmet Artisan Bakery Kinnamōns to Portfolio
Craveworthy Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company and franchisor, has announced the acquisition of Kinnamōns, an innovative cinnamon roll concept founded by entrepreneur and Super Bowl Champion Ndamukong Suh, with plans for a national scale-up through franchising.

Craveworthy Brands, the multi-brand restaurant company and franchisor, has confirmed it has acquired Kinnamōns, a gourmet cinnamon roll concept based in Oregon. Kinnamōns, which was launched in 2022 by entrepreneur and Super Bowl Champion Ndamukong Suh, has rapidly amassed a loyal customer base with its handcrafted cinnamon rolls featuring both traditional and innovative flavors.
Each handcrafted cinnamon roll at Kinnamōns is baked fresh daily, with indulgent flavor profiles including Caramel Apple Pie, Maple Bacon, and Cookies and Cream, among others. The brand differentiates itself by blending nostalgia with innovation and integrating cultural influences into its gourmet offerings. Complementing the bakery's products are freshly brewed espresso and flavored coffees.
The brand's name, Kinnamōns, originates from "kinámon," the Greek word for cinnamon, signifying its connection to the rich history of the popular spice. With a deep appreciation for artisanal baking, Kinnamōns has successfully merged gourmet craftsmanship with a modern, quick-service format.
Under Craveworthy's leadership, Kinnamōns plans to leverage the restaurant platform to support its next growth phase. Through operations, marketing, supply chain management, and training, among others, the brand is set to scale nationally with a new franchise program. This program will enable entrepreneurs to introduce the premium cinnamon roll experience to their local communities.
"Cinnamon rolls evoke a sense of comfort, nostalgia, and indulgence, and the baking segment is seeing incredible potential with demand for gourmet, handcrafted innovations like Kinnamōns," stated Gregg Majewski, CEO and Founder of Craveworthy. He added that Craveworthy seeks brands that can scale without losing the authenticity of their origins, and Kinnamōns fits that category.
Ndamukong Suh, who also originated Kinnamōns, commented that beyond delivering great cinnamon rolls, the brand creates an experience that brings people together. He expressed his pride that Kinnamōns' journey began in his hometown of Portland, and he is optimistic about the brand's future under the Craveworthy team.
