Colony Grill Plans Two Hartford County Restaurants for 2027
Colony Grill plans to open locations in Newington and South Windsor in 2027 as part of its expansion across Hartford County.
Colony Grill will open a restaurant at 3260 Berlin Turnpike in Newington and another at 255 Gateway Blvd. in South Windsor, with both locations scheduled to open in 2027.
The openings are planned ahead of a Colony Grill location in Glastonbury and are part of the company’s Hartford County expansion.
The Newington restaurant is planned to seat more than 175 guests and include a large patio, a full bar with 12 tap lines and several televisions. It will also include Colony Grill’s first fully private dining room for team dinners, birthday celebrations, after-the-game gatherings, milestone celebrations, corporate outings and group dinners.
The South Windsor restaurant will be located at Buckland Gateway, a mixed-use development with retail, dining and community spaces. It is planned to seat approximately 150 guests and include a patio, a 12-tap bar and multiple televisions.
Both planned restaurants will serve Colony Grill’s Hot Oil Bar Pies.
