Colony Grill Announces New Restaurant at 902 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, Connecticut

Colony Grill has announced plans to open a new restaurant in Shelton, Connecticut, with operations scheduled to begin on January 15, 2026. The new location will be situated at 902 Bridgeport Avenue.

The Shelton restaurant will include a dining room, a bar area, and a 70-person outdoor patio. The facility is designed to accommodate large parties for dine-in service. In addition to on-premises dining, the restaurant will offer third-party delivery through Uber Eats, Grubhub, and DoorDash.

The venue will feature a display, the Wall of Heroes, recognizing first responders, veterans, and active-duty service members from the Shelton area.

This opening marks Colony Grill’s first new restaurant in Connecticut since the Norwalk location opened in 2015. The company operates additional locations in Connecticut, New York, Virginia, Florida, and Maryland.

The Shelton location will continue Colony Grill’s practice of working with local organizations and community groups. The restaurant’s menu will include its signature thin-crust pizza and other items consistent with its other locations.
