Chicken Salad Chick to Open New Location in Glen Ellyn, Illinois

Chicken Salad Chick will open its latest restaurant at 293 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, on November 12. This expansion marks the brand's continued growth in the Chicagoland area. The new location will be operated by franchisees Kim and Garrett Seaman, who also manage a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Batavia, Illinois.

The grand opening event will feature several promotions. The first 100 guests in line on opening day will receive a year's worth of free chicken salad, with the first guest receiving one free large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week, and the next 99 guests receiving one per month. Additional promotions will be available throughout the opening week, including giveaways of branded merchandise to early customers who make specific purchases.

The Glen Ellyn location will offer a variety of dining options, including in-restaurant dining, drive-thru, curbside pickup, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering services. The restaurant will operate Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In addition to its business operations, the Glen Ellyn restaurant will engage in community-focused activities. Before the opening, the restaurant will host Friends & Family events to raise funds for Phil's Friends, a non-profit organization that supports individuals and families affected by cancer.

Chicken Salad Chick's expansion in Glen Ellyn is part of a broader strategy to increase its presence in the Chicago suburbs. The Seamans aim to establish a strong owner-operator presence in the area, building on their experience with the Batavia location.
