Caribou Coffee Appoints Scott Kennedy As CEO

Caribou Coffee has announced the appointment of Scott Kennedy as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Kennedy, who previously served as the company's Chief Financial Officer, has been acting as Interim CEO since March 2025. His appointment is effective immediately.

Kennedy's career includes 14 years in executive roles at Target Corporation, where he served as President of Financial & Retail Services for six years. Before his tenure at Target, Kennedy spent nearly 16 years at KPMG, concluding his time there as a Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Canberra.

Caribou Coffee operates over 800 coffeehouses worldwide and is part of Panera Brands, which also includes Panera Bread and Einstein Bros. Bagels.
