Capriotti's Sandwich Shop to Debut in Connecticut in Partnership with Noble Gas, Inc.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop has announced its entry into the Connecticut market by opening a new location in Enfield. The shop is located inside the recently inaugurated Noble Gas station at 190 Elm St., marking the first of three Capriotti's locations planned in the state.

This expansion is part of a three-unit deal signed with James and Nicole Drazdowsky, who are collaborating with Noble Gas, Inc., to bring Capriotti's to Connecticut. The new locations aim to complement Noble Gas's intention to transform the convenience store and refueling experience by offering high-quality food options, EV charging facilities, car washes, and other amenities. The Enfield location is scheduled to open its doors on April 25.

James Drazdowsky, a multi-unit franchise veteran, and his wife, Nicole, are spearheading Capriotti's expansion in Connecticut. James Drazdowsky stated his attraction to Capriotti's stemmed from its commitment to quality and robust corporate support. He believes that the partnership with Noble Gas will redefine what customers anticipate from a convenience store dining experience.

Michael Frisbie, Co-Owner of Noble Gas, Inc., sees Capriotti's as an excellent addition to its fueling and dining concept. He believes that offering Capriotti's hand-crafted sandwiches will meet customer needs throughout New England.

The new Capriotti's location in Enfield will feature the brand's signature sandwiches, including "The Bobbie," a fresh oven-roasted turkey sandwich voted "The Greatest Sandwich in America." The menu will also include a hot pastrami sandwich, cheesesteaks, and other offerings. Other services include a rewards app, online ordering, and catering services.

After the Enfield launch, the Drazdwoskys plan to open two more Capriotti's locations in Noble Gas fuel stations in Windsor and Hamden, solidifying the brand's presence in Connecticut.
