Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Opens New Location in Phoenix

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop will launch a new location in Phoenix, Arizona, marking its continued expansion in the region. The new outlet is situated at 3890 W Happy Valley Road, Suite 160, and will begin operations on January 7. 

The Phoenix location is operated by franchisees Anthony and Julia Austin. Anthony, who has a background in the Air Force and has been a resident of the area for over two decades, along with Julia, a dietitian, have taken the initiative to bring Capriotti's offerings to the local community. The couple's decision to open this location aligns with their personal connection to the brand, as they have frequented Capriotti's outlets in Las Vegas.

Capriotti's is recognized for its variety of sandwiches, including The Bobbie, Capastrami, and various cheesesteaks. The menu features slow-roasted turkey, pastrami, and steak options to cater to diverse customer preferences. The Phoenix shop offers services including order-ahead, online ordering, and third-party delivery, as well as catering options for events.

This new location is part of Capriotti's broader expansion plan, which aims to increase its footprint to 500 locations by 2032. Currently, the brand operates over 150 locations nationwide.
