Capriotti's Expands U.S. Footprint With New Franchise Agreements and Openings

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is marking its 50th anniversary by introducing a "50-50-50" franchise incentive, offering qualified new franchise partners up to $50,000 in savings through discounted franchise fees and royalties. The limited-time incentive is available to both single-unit and multi-unit franchise developers.
In 2025, Capriotti's signed franchise agreements for 30 new locations and opened 16 restaurants across key U.S. markets. The company has scheduled the opening of 20 new locations in 2026.
Capriotti's received industry recognition in 2025, including placement on Fast Casual's Top 100 Movers & Shakers list, a Franchise Innovation Award from Franchise Update, and multiple "Best Of" awards in various markets.
The company has expanded from a single location in Delaware to operating in more than 25 states. Capriotti's franchise platform is supported by its operating systems and franchisee performance.
